SJR is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Accounts Receivable Assistant for a consultancy assignment in central Gothenburg. The position is full-time with an immediate start, running for at least 6 months with the possibility of extension. Summer vacation is possible.

About the Role

In this role, you will primarily work with accounts receivable and have independent responsibility for the entire process. You ensure quality, structure, and follow-up in a business with many contact points.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for accounts receivable from invoicing to payments and reconciliations
• Active work with cash collection and follow-up of customer receivables
• Ongoing contact with internal and external parties
• Project-related administration and follow-up
• Ensuring accurate documentation and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

We are looking for you with several years of experience in independent work within accounts receivable. You are confident in the entire process and accustomed to working proactively with follow-up and process improvement. Experience in project administration is a plus.

You are computer literate, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role with a high pace and many contact points. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented, with a natural ability to drive your work forward and contribute to the team's development.
