Do you want to work in an organization where you play a central role in finance? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced finance assistant for a growing company in the manufacturing industry.
The role of Finance Assistant
The role of Finance Assistant is broad and varied, where you work closely with colleagues in finance and contribute to ensuring quality and structure in the ongoing accounting. Here you get the opportunity to work both operationally and contribute to more qualified financial processes.
Examples of tasks
- Handle and post supplier invoices
- Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
- VAT reporting
- Participate in monthly closing and reporting
- Support in finance-related tasks as needed
Your background, experience, and skills
We are looking for you who have relevant education in finance and experience working with customer and supplier accounts. You have good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping and closing. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working in Excel and have experience with business systems. You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and unpretentious. You thrive in an environment where collaboration is a given and where everyone takes joint responsibility for the whole. With good structure and prioritization skills, you easily create order and efficiency in your work.

Good to know
The desired start is after the summer. The assignment begins as a consulting assignment for a few months, with a clear ambition to subsequently transition into a long-term role with the client. The position is full-time and the work is performed on-site during office hours in Ale Municipality.
