Job Description

We are growing and are now looking for an engaged and driven colleague to join our team in Borås who wants to contribute to NearYou's continued development.

In the role of Candidate Manager, you hold a central position where you work between operational recruitment work and strategic competency supply. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from screening, interviews, and reference checks to follow-up – while maintaining a clear focus on long-term access to the right competencies.

An important part of the role is driving development forward independently. You analyze needs, identify potential competency gaps, and take the initiative on how to attract, build relationships with, and secure the right candidates over time. Through this, you contribute directly to our delivery by ensuring access to critical competencies, strengthening our staffing capacity, and creating a stable and flexible foundation for our client assignments.

You actively work to build, develop, and maintain our candidate network. You will work with both simple and complex recruitment processes where exchange and quality are central.

We are looking for someone who not only works according to existing processes but also wants to develop them. You contribute with structure, drive improvement initiatives, and help shape our approach to candidate experience, networking, and competency supply.

You belong to our local team in Borås and simultaneously become part of our central network for Candidate Managers, where you are expected to contribute with experiences, insights, and ideas.
