We are not like other property companies. We are Balder! We continuously carry out ROT renovations, riser replacements, and larger projects in our residential properties. We are now looking for a Project Communicator who wants to play a central role in contacting our tenants during the execution of these projects.

The role is operational and involves taking responsibility for communication with tenants before, during, and after the project. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, property management, and customer service to ensure clear information, effective coordination, and a secure experience for residents throughout the entire project.

Your Role As a Project Communicator, you are responsible for resident communication in our ROT renovations, riser replacements, and other major projects in residential buildings.

You are the contact person for the project regarding resident matters and ensure that tenants receive clear and correct information throughout the project's execution. The role involves ongoing contact with tenants, contractors, project management, and property management, where you coordinate information and ensure effective collaboration between the project organization and property management. You handle inquiries, drive dialogue, and contribute to a secure and well-functioning living experience throughout the project.

The work includes, among other things:

• Plan and execute communication efforts based on the project schedule, stages, and impact on tenants.
• Create and distribute information letters, notices, FAQs, meeting materials, and other resident information.
• Inform tenants about access, water shutdowns, noise, dust, temporary solutions, delays, and other disruptions.
• Convene, plan, and participate in building meetings, information meetings, and resident dialogues.
• Be the contact person for tenants and handle questions, feedback, complaints, and deviations related to the project.
• Coordinate information between project managers, contractors, property management, and customer service.
• Follow up on access, relocations, and households with special needs.
• Ensure information is up-to-date in stairwells, digital channels, and other relevant information surfaces.
• Compile experiences and hand over open cases to property management after the project is completed.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in a coordinating or communicative role where you have worked closely with customers, residents, tenants, or other people in daily life.
• Have experience coordinating information and handling multiple parallel issues in an operational business or project environment.
• Are accustomed to working structured with documentation, follow-up, and administration.
• Have very good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Can adapt information and communication based on target group and situation.
• Are confident in dialogue with tenants, contractors, and internal functions even in situations where questions, disruptions, or feedback need to be handled.
• Have the ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive issues forward in collaboration with several parties.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience from the property industry, rental property management, construction projects, ROT renovations, riser replacements, or other operations where work is done close to residents or customers during ongoing projects or change work.
