Götene Vatten & Värme AB's operations consist of the production and distribution of district heating, steam, and hot water, production and distribution of water, as well as the handling of wastewater. The company was formed in 1995 as a municipal energy company, which in 2003 was expanded to also include water and wastewater operations. The operations are conducted exclusively in Götene Municipality and have a total of approximately 35 employees.

About the Job

As a Customer Service and Accounting Assistant, you will become an important part of our Business Support department and often the first person our customers meet. Through phone, email, and personal visits, you help our customers and contribute to creating a professional, smooth, and positive experience.

But the role is about more than just customer service. You have independent responsibility for our customer invoicing and accounts receivable, as well as a central role in ensuring that our customer and invoicing processes function efficiently and correctly.

You will also be the system administrator for our customer and invoicing system. Here you get the opportunity to work closely with the operations, develop working methods, and contribute to creating smarter solutions for both customers and colleagues.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.

Who are you?

• You have experience in customer service, administration, or other service-oriented operations.
• You enjoy creating good customer experiences and have a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• You are curious, proactive, and enjoy developing working methods and finding smarter solutions.
• You work systematically, take responsibility, and thrive in driving your work forward.
• You have good system proficiency and find it easy to get into new digital tools.
• You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or system administration, but the most important thing for us is your customer focus, your engagement, and your willingness to develop together with us.
