Job Responsibilities

As a teacher, you work to ensure that students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their prerequisites. Your work includes planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents.

We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you are situated in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Teaching certification
• Qualification to teach English and Swedish at the upper secondary level
• Experience in using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
• Good understanding of the school's goals and governing documents
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Qualification to teach other subjects
• Experience teaching English and Swedish
• Experience in other teaching or pedagogical work.
