Welcome to Enskedefältets School.

Enskedefältets School is a preschool class to year 6 school (F-6) with approximately 550 students. The school is located right next to Sockenplan metro station and borders meadows, forests, and Enskede IP sports arena. We are a school with high values, both in safety surveys and knowledge assessments.

Your role

You will be part of the year 5 work team and will have mentorship for a class. You will teach Swedish, English, and Social Studies (So).

Your competence and experience

You have good collaboration skills and can build good relationships, as the work involves many contact points with students, staff, and guardians.

You will be part of a work team and a subject team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and in-depth knowledge. You will also be part of a 4-teacher system as we are four teaching teachers across three classes.

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the classes you teach.

We are looking for someone who has high expectations for students' goal achievement, good pedagogical insight, and is clear and engaged to bring out the best in students. You who apply:

• Are a certified teacher with eligibility in the subjects Swedish, English, and Social Studies.
• Have at least 4 years of documented experience, for example, in the teaching profession.
• Have experience with digital working methods as an enhancement in teaching.

You have a good ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and structure and adapt your teaching so that a safe and adequate learning environment is created. You involve the student in the planning and develop the student's ability to learn, both independently and together with others.

You are secure, stable, have self-awareness, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role in an effective manner.
