The Department of Business Administration is one of the largest departments within the Faculty of Social Sciences at Stockholm University, with approximately 140 employees and 3,500 students per academic year. The main research areas are finance, management and organization, marketing, and accounting. The department has an extensive international network of contacts with foreign educational and research partners.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include teaching courses such as visual communication, creative processes, advertising strategy, and final projects in marketing communication. Administrative work related to the courses is also included.
Qualifications
An adjunct lecturer is an employment form for teachers whose main activity is outside the higher education sector. The employment is fixed-term and part-time.
To be eligible for appointment as an adjunct lecturer, one must have completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and demonstrated pedagogical skill. The pedagogical skill must be well-documented so that the quality can be assessed.
As a general qualification requirement, one must have the ability to cooperate, as well as the ability and suitability otherwise required to perform the duties well.
Assessment Criteria
When making the appointment, special weight will be attached to documented experience of teaching in visual communication and to personal qualities.
Additional merits include experience from teaching in creative processes and from supervising students.
About the Position
The position is fixed-term, refers to part-time work at 49 percent, and is for two years. Start date by agreement. More than one person may be appointed.
