About the assignmentWe are looking for an experienced administrator with financial competence for a business responsible for coordinating and following up on projects handed over to administration, as well as handling external work that affects existing infrastructure and operations.
The role involves close collaboration with project managers, coordinators, financial functions, and external customers. You will become an important part of ensuring efficient administrative and financial processes throughout the entire project flow.
ResponsibilitiesAs an administrator with a financial focus, you will among other things:
Handle incoming cases via the functional mailbox.
Register and create projects in the business's project management system.
Assign responsible sub-project managers and production coordinators to projects.
Follow up on ongoing projects from a financial perspective.
Handle invoice accounting and approval flows.
Re-invoice costs to the buyer and external customers.
Follow up on customer invoices and reminders, and investigate causes of non-payment.
Maintain ongoing contact with internal coordinators, financial functions, and external customers.
Contribute to order, structure, and quality in administrative processes.
Requirements for the position:
Post-secondary education in economics/finance.
Several years of experience working with supplier invoices and customer accounts.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Good administrative skills and habit of working systematically with several parallel cases.
Merits:

Project administration, diary management, and logbook handling.
Coordination and follow-up of projects with many internal and external contact points.
