What does a recruiter do at Perido?

As a recruiter at Perido, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from defining the job profile and sourcing to interviews, presentations, and hiring. The role is hands-on and relationship-driven, involving close collaboration with clients, candidates, sales teams, and consulting managers. You recruit broadly within the white-collar sector, including IT and finance, with a focus on speed, quality, and precision.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree at the bachelor's level in HR/personnel science, IT, economics, or similar
• Experience working with recruitment
• Thrives in an operational working style and handling multiple processes in parallel
• Likes building long-term relationships and has an easy time creating trust
• Is responsible, structured, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Goal-oriented and enjoys working towards set goals and KPIs
• Is curious, quick to grasp new assignments, and confident in dialogues with people
• Has a positive "do-attitude" and a strong sense of responsibility

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement.
