We are now looking for a technical documentation administrator for a position within public transport and infrastructure. This role is suitable for you if you are structured, service-oriented, and have experience with document management, registration, and administrative workflows.
About the Role
You will join a group responsible for technical documentation, ensuring that the correct documents are available for the administration, both in existing facilities and during changes. The role involves a strong focus on daily document flow, document lending, handling inquiries via the functional mailbox, and supporting the group's improvement work.
You will become a key part of the work to create order, accessibility, and quality in document management, while the group develops new working methods regarding permissions, confidentiality, and the receipt of 3D models.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via the functional mailbox
- Ensure that questions related to technical documentation are answered
- Manage the lending and return of relational documents, both digitally and physically
- Follow up on loans and document flows in various systems and areas
- Participate in improvement work regarding new areas, permissions, and confidentiality management
- Contribute to the development of routines for receiving and storing 3D models
- Support the group in ongoing documentation administration
Requirements for the Role
Essential Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative work or documentation handling, including permission setting and processes for lending and returning documents
- At least 2 years of documented experience working with Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of experience with registration (diary management) and document management linked to registration
Value-Added Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in documentation management between projects and administration within a government agency or region
- At least 2 years of experience working with Avima
- At least 1 year of experience with data management tools, such as FME

- Remote work: Possible by agreement
