We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged receptionist for Aleris Endoscopy City. The role involves being a key part of the patient's first contact with the facility and contributing to a safe and professional experience.

The position is varied and combines reception duties, administration, and work close to the endoscopy operations.

Responsibilities

Reception and Administration

• Receive patients and provide professional customer service
• Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
• Schedule and administer patient visits
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other staff
• Contribute to a smooth patient flow

Endoscopy Operations

As part of the role, you will receive training and introduction from colleagues within endoscopy and gastroenterology.

You will learn:

• Handling of endoscopy instruments
• Cleaning and washing of endoscopes according to facility routines
• Hygiene routines and safe handling of instruments
• Planning of the washing flow together with the unit manager
• Ensuring the washing flow meets the facility's needs
