Payroll Administrator – Summer/Autumn Assignment with Possibility of Permanent Employment
Do you want to work in a secure team where you can learn payroll administration from scratch – or develop your existing skills? We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator for our client company in the Ängelholm region, starting immediately, with a great opportunity for extension or permanent employment.
About the Role
You will become part of an engaged team of 7 people with an active team leader. The role is varied, focusing on payroll work, but also including invoice control and reconciliations.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for payroll administration, checking incoming invoices, performing reconciliations against the logging system TransPa, and handling documentation from drivers, F-tax payers, and temporary staff at our client.
Working Hours: Between 07:00 - 16:30
Scope: Full-time, Mon - Fri
Assignment: 4 months, starting immediately.
We prefer that you can work most of the assignment period (up to approx. 2 weeks of planned leave is acceptable).
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for you who have documented experience in payroll administration, preferably from a similar role within the service or transport sector. You are used to working structured with recurring administrative routines and have a good ability to handle large amounts of information carefully and efficiently. You thrive in a team, take responsibility for your tasks, and can work independently within given frameworks throughout the assignment period.
Merits
It is a merit if you have experience with the payroll systems TransPa and/or Agda, as well as previous experience working with payroll within the transport industry. Knowledge of the transport agreement and its application is a clear advantage. It is also positive if you master English and preferably additional languages, especially Balkan languages, as this facilitates communication with drivers and external parties.
As One of Us
As an employed staffing consultant with us, you will always receive a market-competitive salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and affiliation with our collective agreement. We want you to feel good with us, so naturally, we offer our consultants a wellness allowance and occupational health care. During your employment, you have a consulting manager who is responsible for your assignment, ensures you enjoy your workplace, and supports and develops you in your professional role.
