About the Role
As a Facility Coordinator at PwC in Malmö, you are responsible for the daily operations of the office environment, ensuring that workspaces, premises, and service functions operate efficiently and safely.

This is a broad and varied role where you combine practical work, technical understanding, and administration. You work closely with the business and have many contact points, both internally and externally, meaning you need to be able to switch between planned tasks and more urgent needs. The role also involves physical tasks related to office services, deliveries, furnishing, mail handling, and workplace equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle operational issues, fault reports, and minor maintenance
• Equip workstations and handle basic technical troubleshooting
• Administration related to purchasing, mail handling, invoicing, and reporting
• Responsibility for fire safety, work environment, and other office-related matters
• Support during office changes, events, and practical projects

You will join a flat-hierarchy regional team and collaborate closely with the responsible Facility Manager. The role is based at the office in central Malmö, but you will also support offices in Helsingborg and Kristianstad as needed. The work is performed on-site with office hours approximately 07:45-16:45, with some flexibility. The consulting assignment starts in early August and initially runs for about one year, with good opportunities for extension.
