We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an engaged and structured individual to support the Nordic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating local exhibitions in the Nordics, including resource allocation, activities, material management, and general administration. You will also document and handle information regarding customer activities and provide administrative and secretarial support to the operations.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Administrative support – Handle documentation, reports, and respond to inquiries from the field sales team.
- Event planning and coordination – Coordinate local exhibitions, meetings, and Edwards Lifesciences events in the Nordics.
- Logistics and travel – Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for hospital personnel (HCPs), as well as supporting the sales team as needed.
- Material management – Ensure that brochures and exhibition materials are available and easily accessible.
We are looking for someone who
- Is available to work 14 hours/week
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Can write and speak fluently in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
- Has a strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects/deadlines
It is an advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian
- Experience working in a similar coordinating role
