We are now looking for a receptionist for Gängtappen on a part-time basis (50%). Here you will have a central role in one of Malmö's most well-known office buildings, where you contribute every day to creating a welcoming and professional experience for both visitors and tenants.

As a receptionist, you are often the first person people meet when they walk through the doors. You are responsible for the daily operations of the reception, welcoming visitors while handling deliveries, administrative tasks, and the service that keeps the business running smoothly. This role suits you if you thrive on varied tasks, enjoy meeting people, and have the ability to maintain order even when the pace is sometimes fast.

Gängtappen is a dynamic workplace with businesses including banking, insurance, and real estate, meaning a continuous flow of visitors and many points of contact throughout the day. • Receive and register visitors, and manage visitor badges and access cards

• Responsible for receiving and registering deliveries and couriers

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails

• Perform administrative tasks related to reception operations

• Handle keys and ensure order in the reception area

• Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously during high workload

• Contribute to a professional and service-oriented experience for everyone in the building

We are looking for you who thrive in a service-oriented role where meeting people is central. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to make a good impression while working in a structured and efficient manner.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have experience from reception, customer service, hospitality, or similar service roles

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Feel confident meeting people from different backgrounds and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

• Have a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in situations where the pace varies

• Are solution-oriented, take initiative, and work independently within the scope of your responsibilities

You will work at Gängtappen in Malmö – one of the city's most well-known office buildings, also known as Kockumshuset, located in Dockan at Västra Hamnen. The building is an iconic part of Malmö's skyline and a clear landmark from the city's historic shipyard area.

The Dockan and Varvsstaden area combines modern blocks, green spaces, and the tranquility of the small boat harbor with a historic shipyard environment. Here, Malmö's innovators, creatives, and academia meet in a vibrant district characterized by modern offices, good communications, and a wide range of services.

The building houses several businesses within banking, real estate, and insurance, creating a continuous flow of visitors and employees throughout the day. The environment is professional and quality-conscious, with high demands on attitude and service in every interaction.
