- Developing, improving, and managing university-wide HR processes in close collaboration with the university's process groups, and contributing to the development of routines, working methods, and guidelines within the employer area.
- Developing support and advisory services within higher education-specific legislation and the special conditions that characterize academic operations.
- Contributing with employment law assessments in individual and operational cases, working in a team-based manner with colleagues in the department for joint assessments and solutions.
- Conducting training within the department's areas of responsibility and presenting cases to management groups, union partners, etc.
- Participating in and, if necessary, leading MBL negotiations, and in some cases handling employment law disputes in collaboration with others within the HR Section.

- A relevant academic degree in HR, law, or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish employment law.
- Several years of experience in qualified HR work, including operational proximity.

- You enjoy working together with other specialists, are willing to share your expertise, and appreciate joint discussions on complex issues.
- You work in a structured manner, have high integrity, and communicate legal content in a clear and pedagogical way.
Merits for the position include:
- Experience with educational appointments, merit-based appointments, or other higher education-specific issues.
- Good knowledge of the Higher Education Act, the Higher Education Ordinance, and state central collective agreements.
- Experience with redundancy and transition.
- Experience working in teams with joint responsibility for quality and delivery.
- Interest and experience in using AI in daily work.
- Comfort with expressing yourself verbally and in writing in English.
