FlexiQ is a new consulting and recruitment agency based in Karlskrona, with operations being established in several regions. We work with qualified roles in areas such as finance, marketing & sales, procurement & supply chain, and other business-critical functions and assignments.

We are in an early phase but already have several customer dialogues, assignments, candidates, and working methods in place. We are now looking for you who want to step into an operational role where you work systematically with candidate flows, follow-ups, and research according to clear processes.

Much of the foundation is already in place: consulting materials, contact channels, CRM structure, and established ways of working. The role suits you if you enjoy combining a data-driven approach with practical and personal contact via LinkedIn, email, and phone.

This is a role for you who likes to get things done, keep order across many contact points, and drive processes forward with both speed and precision.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a central role in FlexiQ's daily candidate and follow-up work. You will work closely with the founders/CEO and contribute to creating business opportunities in our recruitment and consulting processes.

The role involves finding candidates, making initial contact, following up on dialogues, booking meetings, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will also support in simpler customer follow-ups, research, and administration related to our assignments.

This is an operational role where you will receive clear working methods, great trust, and the opportunity to develop over time.

Examples of tasks

You will, among other things:

  • Search for relevant candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
  • Make initial contact with candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Follow up with candidates and keep dialogues alive
  • Book interviews and meetings
  • Write short candidate presentations and summaries
  • Keep order in CRM and candidate pipeline
  • Conduct simpler company and market research
  • Support in customer follow-up and prospecting
  • Ensure that processes move forward according to plan

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, curious, and enjoys working with people. You do not need to be a finished specialist in recruitment, but you need the right attitude, good communication skills, and thrive on driving many parallel dialogues.

You are a person who likes to create order, follow up, and get things done. You do not need to be the one always standing at the forefront, but you are often the one who ensures that things actually get accomplished.

  • Have an easy time formulating yourself in writing

  • Have the ability to keep several parallel tracks together

It is an advantage if you have experience in recruitment, search, sales, customer service, staffing, or consulting, but the most important thing is that you have the right personality and working style.

To succeed in the role

You need to enjoy the ongoing craftsmanship of recruitment: searching, contacting, following up, documenting, and keeping processes alive. The role suits you who gain energy from structure, clarity, and progress.

This is not a role for you if you primarily want to work strategically or sell large deals from day one. However, there are good opportunities to grow into more responsibility over time, for example as a Talent Partner, Consulting Manager, or Recruitment Consultant.
