The Nephrology Section is part of the Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Rheumatology business area. Nephrology is responsible for basic kidney care in southwestern Scania as well as advanced kidney care in the Southern Healthcare Region. The section is divided between two locations, Lund and Malmö, each with their own section head and executive support.
The Section Head holds the medical leadership responsibility for nephrology in Lund, which includes inpatient care, kidney and transplant clinic, day care, home dialysis clinic, institutional home dialysis clinic, and pediatric home dialysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Administrator with Executive Support duties, you are responsible for supporting and administering all tasks that the Section Head in Lund is responsible for. The Section Head in Lund is also your direct manager. The tasks include, among other things, economy, HR, scheduling, and administrative support to the medical group in Lund consisting of approximately 20 to 25 people.
The tasks you are expected to handle may include, for example, receiving certificates and posting in Raindance, updating and developing the section/department's website on the inter-/intranet, taking minutes in the management group and at doctor meetings such as workplace meetings. The work also involves coordinating the administration of the section's medical policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a high school education. You have prior experience as an executive secretary/administrator with executive support duties and preferably have worked in a hospital environment. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. For the position, it is a requirement that you have good computer skills and feel comfortable handling, for example, the Microsoft Office package. Relevant education in administration, healthcare administration, medical secretary training, or nursing assistant training is meritorious. Knowledge of the scheduling system Medinet, HR-window, and/or Raindance is meritorious.
You must be able to maintain order and structure despite varying tasks and handle a high pace.
