Do you want to work with communication that truly makes a difference – and get close to the operations in one of society's most crucial infrastructures? We are looking for a Communication Business Partner with experience from a technically complex environment. Here, you will focus on the Distribution Business Area, which distributes electricity, district heating, district cooling, and gas around the clock. You will also work on Öresundskraft's various strategic projects.

In this role, you are a key person in the work of pedagogically explaining, anchoring, and visualizing the transition we are leading – from modernizing the power grid to local energy production and investments in future solutions.

Your Mission

• Provide communication support to the Distribution Business Area and project managers in internal and external communication matters
• Develop communication plans and execute initiatives related to projects, change, operations, and customer communication in collaboration with the Marketing Team
• Contribute to clear and coherent communication in dialogue with employees, customers, partners, and societal actors
• Identify communication needs and create content aligned with brand and business goals
• Participate in coordinating Öresundskraft's communication and project communication from a holistic perspective

We are looking for someone who

• has a solid foundation in university-level communication education or equivalent
• has at least ten years of experience in business-oriented communication work – preferably within energy, infrastructure, or another technically complex environment
• has knowledge of generative AI and how AI can be used to develop and streamline communication work
• is curious about new technology and driven by turning innovation into business value
• has experience with CMS and other relevant systems
• is a skilled communicator with strategic thinking and operational execution capability, from idea to implementation
• is accustomed to working in project form and collaborating with different functions
• has the ability to make the complex accessible and understandable – for both customers and colleagues
• wants to contribute to societal benefit, sustainability, and local value creation
• is receptive, has strong collaboration skills, and is good at building relationships and trust

Your Team

You belong to the Communications Department, which works in close collaboration with Marketing within the Sales, Marketing, and Offer Business Area. Corporate Communication at Öresundskraft drives the company's strategic communication internally and externally, with the aim of strengthening the brand and building trust among customers, employees, and society. We are responsible for crisis communication, media management, brand development, sustainability communication, and executive support, always in line with the company's values and goals. With a values-driven and future-focused approach, we communicate to inspire action and enable the sustainable energy transition. You report to the Head of Communications.
