About the assignment

We are looking for several recruiters for our client in Malmö for assignments starting on August 10th and running until December 31, 2026. The assignment is full-time, and you will work during office hours 08:00–16:30 at the client's office in central Malmö. Remote work is not an option.

Your responsibilities

• Independent work with individual or all steps in the recruitment process, including creating job profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks.
• Independent work on individual steps in the search process.
• Prepare employment decisions.
• Consultative support to hiring managers.
• Sourcing/active recruitment.
• Background checks and security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.

Your qualifications

• A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 p) focused on the personnel area, or a university education assessed as equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of documented work experience in the HR field with a focus on recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within different competence areas (e.g., IT, finance/administration, law, customer service) or at different hierarchical organizational levels (e.g., manager, middle manager, specialists).
• Documented experience with competency-based interview methodology.
• Documented experience handling candidates in a digital recruitment support system.
