Job Description

Advisera is growing, and so is the Advisera Support team. We are thrilled about this expansion and the opportunity to welcome more colleagues to our team!

About Advisera:

In your role as Customer Service Representative:

As a Customer Service Representative, your task will be to assist our customers with their technical challenges. You will provide support for IT and telephony & PBX solutions, while collaborating closely with our advisors, customers, and suppliers. You will also handle cases via phone, chat, and email, with the goal of always providing the best possible service to our customers. You will become part of a team of eight dedicated employees based at our headquarters in Malmö.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous contact with customers, suppliers, and Advisera's Advisors
  • Ongoing support for telephony & PBX solutions
  • Order registration and reconciliation in the CRM system

We would like you to have:

  • An interest in Technology and IT
  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Previous experience in a service role and customer interaction
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A solution-oriented and pedagogical approach, while thriving in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious Qualifications:

  • Documented experience with telephony and IT-related services
  • Experience delivering subscriptions and PBX solutions to customers
