As a Business Specialist, you will work in our business system, Sesam.

You are an important part of the operation's processes within orders, warehouse, distribution, and administration of assistive devices. In your role, you contribute to ensuring efficient, quality-assured, and well-functioning digital solutions that meet the operation's needs.

The work also includes contributing to the development of digital solutions with a focus on automation, self-service, and improved data quality. You participate in both minor improvement initiatives and larger development initiatives related to the operation's processes within assistive devices and logistics. You have an aptitude for creating written manuals and instructional videos in a pedagogical and clear manner, as well as conducting reviews and training in the prescribing chain, both for new introductions and as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

You also have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position also requires:

  • experience of working as a system administrator or similar experience deemed relevant by the employer
  • experience of troubleshooting, testing, system configuration, or quality assurance of system support
  • experience working with data quality, statistics, or system logic.

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

As a person, we see that you are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to quickly adapt and prioritize between different tasks when the work requires it. You also have good analytical skills, are easy to collaborate with, and can explain complex issues in a pedagogical and understandable way. We also value that you are receptive and interested in capturing the operation's needs for system support and requirements for functionality. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
