Student Support Staff for Pärlan Preschool

Pärlan Preschool is looking for an engaged and reliable student support staff member who wants to help create an inclusive, developmental, and stimulating environment for our children.

Responsibilities

As student support staff, you will provide support to children in daily operations and contribute to creating good conditions for learning, development, and security. The work is carried out in close collaboration with educators, guardians, and other staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience working with children with autism.
• Has good knowledge of autism and adaptations that promote children's development and participation.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is responsible, sensitive, and has a professional approach.
• Has good teamwork skills and can build secure relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.

This is a fixed-term position. The start date will be agreed upon with the employee but no later than August 3, 2026.
