We are looking for a personal assistant in Mellerud

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant as a temporary replacement for a woman in her late middle age residing in Mellerud Municipality. The woman is multi-sick and needs support in her daily life to live a secure and independent life.

Your responsibilities

In the role of personal assistant, you will be an important support in daily life. The tasks include, among other things, personal care, transfers using a lift, cooking, cleaning, and other household chores. You also help with the practical and social aspects included in daily life.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is social, meticulous, and has a good manner of interaction. You enjoy working close to people and have the ability to create security and continuity. Experience from healthcare and care is meritorious, and we prefer female applicants based on the woman's wishes. It is also an advantage if you have experience with or feel comfortable with cooking and practical work in the home.

Working hours and employment

The working hours vary somewhat but are usually scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts, for example, 07:30–15:30, 11:30–20:30, and 19:00–08:00. Waiting time is included during night shifts. During the day, double assistance occurs, meaning you work together with a colleague.

We offer a hourly employment where you get the opportunity to make a real difference in another person's daily life. Start is immediate, or as soon as the person we choose to hire has the opportunity to begin their employment. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
