Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrator to work with a government agency for a temporary assignment from July to September.

As an Administrator, you play a central role in ensuring a well-functioning, efficient, and pleasant office environment, as well as providing qualified administrative support to the operations. The role involves ensuring that our office premises are well-maintained and comfortable for both employees and visitors.

The position is varied and combines practical service work with administration and development tasks, requiring strong organizational and coordination skills.

The work is performed on-site.

Working hours: 08:00–16:30

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and the office environment.
Coordinate the agency's fire safety work.
Handle fault reports and coordinate office-related services.
Procure goods and services within the office and operational areas.
Coordinate and organize employee welfare activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the operations.
Actively participate in development work.
Other administrative and practical tasks may also occur.

Qualifications

Upper secondary education or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of MS Office or similar software.
At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Experience with fire safety work.
Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
