Peab School AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peab, located in Malmö, Solna, and Gothenburg. We currently educate approximately 300 young people and have offered the Construction and Infrastructure Programme for eligible students, as well as Introductory Programmes for non-eligible students, since 2006.

Peab School's operations are based on a pedagogical model where reality-based learning, active values-based work, course and subject integration, and an in-depth model for individualization are the four core principles. Evaluations based on both qualitative and quantitative results show that the model has been very successful so far. Peab School is an independent school and applies holiday service.

Peab School in Solna currently has approximately 70 students divided into 4 classes. This allows us to maintain very close cooperation with each student.

We are now looking for an English teacher, preferably in combination with Social Studies and/or Physical Education, starting from August 10, 2026. The position is permanent, and the working hours may vary depending on qualifications, up to 80%.

The position is located at Peab School in Solna.

It is considered an advantage if you have previously worked thematically and with students on vocational programmes and/or introductory programmes.

You are innovative, development-oriented, and find it challenging to be involved in pedagogical development work. We work with course and subject integration, which requires a high degree of flexibility and ingenuity from all employees. We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to students and who can also be a good ambassador for the pedagogy upon which our operations are based.

Selection and interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline on June 30.

If you have questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact Principal Katarina at [email protected] or by phone at 072-5333615.

We may conduct background checks on our final candidates as part of our recruitment process.

In this recruitment, we have made an active choice regarding advertising and recruitment support, and we politely but firmly decline contact from recruitment or advertising agencies.

What we offer

It is important to us that you share our core values: down-to-earth, developmental, personal, and reliable, as they are fundamental to what we do. At Peab, there are great opportunities for personal development. Do you want to build a sustainable society with us?

Apply today!
