We are now looking for a preschool teacher for the new preschool in Sundborn

Do you want to help shape the future of preschool education? We are now looking for a preschool teacher for our new preschool. In beautiful Sundborn, we opened a newly built preschool in January in the same premises as the school and sports hall – a unique environment where we together create the best conditions for children's learning and development. We are now looking for a new colleague for our team.

In the Svärdsjö area, as a preschool teacher, you will work in close cooperation with three principals who together lead six preschools and pedagogical care. Here there is a clear direction and a strong sense of community – we believe in learning together, both children and adults.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a business where play is central and where we weave creativity, language, mathematics, technology, and nature experiences into children's learning every day. We spend a lot of time outdoors – in the forest, on the yard, and in the local area. We know that children (and adults!) feel good with wind in their hair, needles in their shoes, and hands that have built with sticks and climbed on stones.

We work with a promoting approach and empathy pedagogy as important tools in our daily lives. As support for your assignment, there is also a common preschool board – a well-thought-out planning that simplifies and clarifies the pedagogical work during the year.

You will be part of a larger context with regular network meetings where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on quality, and drive development together with colleagues. The principals and the area's special needs educator work closely together to give you, as a pedagogue, the support you need.

Desirable Qualifications

• Good computer skills and experience in using the computer as a work tool
• Experience of pedagogical documentation as a tool for reflection with colleagues and children
• Good knowledge in working to develop linguistic and mathematical ability
• Insight into promoting approach/empathy pedagogy
• Good ability to create an inspiring environment that promotes play and learning
• Excellent ability to use literature to create a linguistically stimulating environment

Terms of Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment with access as agreed.
