Now is your opportunity to join us as we build Fuxerna Resource School. Together with the school leadership and colleagues, you will shape routines, working methods, and learning environments that lay the foundation for a safe, stable, and high-quality operation characterized by meaning and joy.

The school will admit students starting from the autumn term 2026 and has space for up to 15 students in grades 4–9.

About Us

Fuxerna Resource School is an activity for students who need a smaller setting, high adult presence, and a teaching setup adapted to the individual's needs. We place relationships, safety, and structure at the center to create conditions for learning and development.

Your Role

As a school leisure leader (Skolfritidsledare), you are an important adult in the students' entire school day. You contribute to safety, structure, and motivation – in the classroom, in activities, and in the leisure activities before and after school hours.

You work closely with teachers, student health services, and guardians and are part of the joint work regarding each student.

In your daily work, this means that you:

• are an active support for students throughout the entire school day
• create and maintain structure, predictability, and safety
• plan and prepare activities together with colleagues
• work relationally and with low affective demands in meetings with students
• collaborate closely with teachers, student health services, and guardians
• contribute to ensuring each student gets the right conditions based on their needs
• participate in leisure activities before and after school hours

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to the development of children and young people and who believe that all students can succeed when the right conditions are present.

You are safe, stable, and have an approach that creates calm and trust. You always work with the student in focus and can adapt to the situation and the student's daily mood.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Gymnasieexamen)
• Good knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and experience working with students in need of special support
• Ability to work with individualized and adapted interventions
• Good digital skills and use digital tools in a safe and flexible way in everyday life.

Merits:

• Education in pedagogy, behavioral science, or social work
• Post-secondary studies or courses in children, learning, or NPD
• Experience working with children in ages F-9 (Preschool to Grade 9)
