Are you a Danish speaker, service-oriented, and interested in technology? Do you thrive in a role where you help people, solve problems, and take significant personal responsibility? Then this might be the job for you! We are currently looking for a Tech Support Agent for a company dedicated to making life easier for people living with chronic illnesses. Here, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for users with questions regarding their medical technology equipment and associated systems. As a Tech Support Agent, you will handle varied and user-specific cases via phone, email, and digital web forms. You will become a specialist in the company's products and assist users with technical troubleshooting, guidance, and support. The role offers a combination of customer contact, problem-solving, and administration, while giving you the opportunity to contribute to developing workflows and processes to create an even better user experience. Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle support cases via phone, email, and web forms
  • Provide technical support and guidance regarding medical technology products
  • Manage warranty claims and follow up on these cases
  • Document and administer cases in internal systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient processes and workflows

We are looking for someone with a natural sense for service who enjoys helping others. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to build trust when interacting with users. At the same time, you work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and are skilled at prioritizing when the pace changes. Since the role involves frequent contact with users via phone and email, it is important that you feel confident in both oral and written communication.

Profile

We are looking for you who:

  • Speak and write fluent Danish and English
  • Have a good technical understanding and are quick to learn new systems
  • Have good knowledge of the Office package
  • Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
  • Enjoy both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues

Other Details

  • Start: Immediately
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Working Hours: According to schedule, Monday–Sunday between 07:00–22:00. The majority of shifts are scheduled on weekdays between 08:00–17:00. Possibility of remote work by agreement.
  • Location: Stockholm
