About the Role

The technical support team at our client is expanding and you will be joining the Customer Experience department. As a Danish-speaking support agent, you will provide support to patients and partners using medical technology equipment. You will also be responsible for handling complaints, assisting with technical support queries, and working proactively with users. The role involves broad internal and external contact regarding the company's products and answering any questions. You will handle cases via both phone and email.

• Handle the entire complaint process.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a service function, comfortable with both phone and computer use. You have a technical interest and a good ability to guide customers in a pedagogical manner. Since you will have daily contact with users, your attention to detail and desire to go the extra mile are crucial. You are communicative, value good collaboration, are solution-oriented, and view challenges positively. You speak and write Danish fluently, as you will be working with Danish customers.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have strong computer skills. Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Navision is a plus. It is also important that you are unpretentious, driven, solution-oriented, and contribute your skills, experience, and positive energy to the rest of the team.

• Experience from a service function where the phone was the primary work tool.
• Good system proficiency.
• Fluent Danish, as well as Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Start Date, Scope, and Employment

This is a consultancy position for 6 months with very good prospects for extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The office is located in bright and fresh premises centrally in Bromma/Alvik. We would prefer that you can start as soon as possible, but we will respect any notice period.
