As an Account Manager New Business, you drive Kinnarps' growth by identifying and winning new national key accounts, primarily in our metropolitan regions. This is a proactive and fast-paced role where you take the lead in the early sales phase and become the strategic spearhead of our Key Account team.
While you have great freedom and work independently to build a strong pipeline, you are a central link that creates the right conditions for our local sales teams. You prepare and qualify leads, and win business by engaging and motivating others both internally and externally.

Since the role involves national responsibility for key accounts, we prefer that you are based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Your place of work can also be at one of our other offices in Sweden, but we value proximity to our largest markets.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and sales towards Kinnarps' national key accounts.
- Focus on developing existing collaborations as well as identifying and signing entirely new customer agreements within both the private and public sectors.
- Ensure that national customer agreements generate good profitability in both the short and long term.
- Act as the central link between key customers and the internal sales organization.
- Create value-adding activities through good knowledge of the market and competitors to strengthen the company's position.
- Handle and drive long-term customer projects with a high degree of service and business acumen.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships at all decision-making levels within the customer organization.
- Stay updated on business trends and external changes to offer relevant solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within strategic B2B sales.
- Documented experience in successfully adapting messages to different target groups and decision-makers.
- Good familiarity with working in administrative IT systems, primarily within the Office suite.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel for business.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).

- Academic education in economics or other relevant education.
