We are now looking for a sales-oriented project manager for our office in Huddinge Centrum - just 16 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm City!

About Us

LM Inredning has a long history in the exhibition industry. With over 30 years of experience, we design, manage, and produce exhibition stands for assignments in Sweden and Europe. Stand production accounts for the largest part of our projects, but our business is growing and moving towards other forums where there is a need for exposure solutions, such as events, launches, and other gatherings.

Our deliveries cater to all industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, plumbing, and more. We do not focus on any specific industry, but work with the goal of delivering high service and long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.

The head office is located in Huddinge Centrum, where our project managers and designers work. In Huddinge, we have one of our two production facilities, located near the office, as well as a facility in Nässjö, Småland.

About the Role

A salesperson at LM Inredning works from initial sales through to final delivery. You actively work with new clients, schedule meetings, and create 3D sketches in collaboration with a designer. This is followed by administrative work involving costing and compiling quotes for the client. The role is versatile, involving simpler operational tasks, administrative work, and creative thinking. The focus is on building and developing your own customer portfolio.

You work with the client all the way from idea and sketch to completion and follow-up. We are a small company where we help and support each other in the various processes.

Your Role

The person we are looking for must enjoy both sales and project management. We work with phone processing and client visits. The job requires self-drive and a desire to make deals. You should be a driven, sales-oriented person who thrives working towards set goals. You should function well both in individual work and in a team. Good structure, attention to detail, and a service mindset are important qualities for the position.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required, as well as good proficiency in English.

The responsibilities include:

  • Actively process new clients using the phone as a tool
  • Create customer briefs for designers based on customer requirements
  • Costing and quote management
  • Continuous work in LIME CRM (previous experience is advantageous)
  • Overall responsibility for the project and driving various stages in production preparation and orders
  • Close collaboration with our partners and internal teams to drive the process from idea to completion
