About the Role As a salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from finding new customers to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. You will work with both new business development and existing clients, selling our full range of services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and engaging new customers via phone, email, and site visits
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting on-site needs assessments
• Preparing quotes and negotiating contracts
• Achieving set sales targets
• Collaborating closely with our service teams

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within services, cleaning, or the property industry
• Is results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals
• Has strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Is self-motivated, structured, and service-minded
• Has a valid driver’s license (Category B) and is fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
