Do you want to work with data-driven advertising and create campaigns that make a difference? We are now looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist who wants to develop and optimize digital campaigns with a focus on Meta platforms and contribute to strong business results.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you are responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing social media advertising with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You work in a data-driven manner, analyze campaign results, and develop strategies that help customers achieve their business goals.

You will play a central role in driving campaign performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and presenting results and recommendations to both clients and colleagues.

• Plan, create, and optimize Paid Social campaigns with a focus on Meta.

• Manage and develop ad accounts to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

• Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.

• Analyze campaign data and produce reports with clear recommendations.

• Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with colleagues in digital marketing to create effective marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on new features, tools, and trends within Paid Social.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Paid Social with a focus on Meta platforms.

• Very good knowledge of Meta Business Manager.

• Experience with audiences, pixels, ad formats, and campaign optimization.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.

• Good understanding of how Paid Social interacts with other digital marketing channels.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
