We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to help develop our sales organization.

You will be responsible for coaching, following up on, and developing a sales team with a focus on performance, quality, and results.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by helping others succeed.

Previous leadership experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a strong understanding of sales and enjoy developing people.

The role includes among other things:

  • Daily coaching of salespeople
  • Follow-up on goals and results
  • Individual feedback and development
  • Contributing to the team's culture and performance
