Bid Coordinator at Bonliva

Do you want to work in a role where structure, collaboration, and business acumen meet? Are you interested in procurement, contracts, and business processes, and do you thrive in administrative work with many contact points? Then you might be the person we are looking for as a Bid Coordinator.

The position initially covers 50%, but the scope may increase over time. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and thrives in a role that can grow and develop.

About the role

As a Bid Coordinator, you will become an important part of our team working on preparing, following up, and submitting bids in procurement processes. The role is broad and combines administration, coordination, and practical bid work with elements of contract follow-up and management.

Among other things, you will:

  • Handle and quality-assure administrative parts of the bidding process.
  • Coordinate information and documentation between different departments.
  • Support the bid team when submitting bids in procurement systems.
  • Follow up on contracts and ensure that requirements and terms are met.
  • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods within the bid and contract process.
  • Produce and report statistics to customers.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all requirements are fulfilled.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in bids, sales, IT, and finance, playing a central role in ensuring that our bids and contracts maintain high quality throughout the process. The role also involves close collaboration with the Bid Manager, and you report to the Operational Manager for Bids & Contracts.

We are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, structured, and self-motivated, yet unpretentious and enjoy collaborating. You pick up new processes easily and enjoy working in a varied daily routine with several parallel tasks.

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in procurement, purchasing, project management, economics, or a corresponding field.
  • Experience in administrative bid work, preferably in a coordinating or supporting role.
  • Interest or experience in contract follow-up and bid work.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Very good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems.

Experience with public procurement or bid processes is an advantage, but most importantly, you have the right drive, orderliness, and desire to develop.
