Main Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to be part of a successful operation. As a store employee in the delicatessen department at Hemköp Stockholm Skanstull, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and maintaining the highest quality.

In your role as a store employee, you handle delicatessen products with an understanding of HACCP as well as Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your burning interest in food, especially delicatessen, you will become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience. The position entails:

Fixed-term position of 23 hours per week until 2027-08-31.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What we expect from you

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role of store employee in delicatessen. You inspire and contribute with your creativity and knowledge when serving customers according to their needs at our delicatessen counter. We would prefer that you have previous experience in delicatessen and ready-made meals.

To thrive with us, you should find it easy to work in a team, be meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you enjoy a fast pace and are accustomed to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations, which means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also that you enjoy working across departmental boundaries in the store.
