We are now looking for you who want to work in ICA stores this summer!

As a retail consultant, you are employed by Bemannica and work in various ICA stores in the Stockholm area. This gives you broad and valuable competence within the grocery retail industry.

Bemannica is an authorized staffing agency that has helped ICA stores with their staffing needs for over ten years.

About the role The tasks will vary between cashier duties, picking goods, and more, based on which departments you have experience in. We are looking for you who have previously been employed at ICA or another food store. Experience with departments such as delicatessen or the front shop is highly meritorious. Working hours include both morning and evening shifts, and work can be scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends. You enter your availability into our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our app. In other words, this is a perfect side job alongside studies or another job.

About you We are looking for you who have previously been employed in a food store. As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and enjoy fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the Trade Union Collective Agreement with associated shift allowances.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
