Our client is growing and is now looking for more driven appointment setters who want to work out in the field, meet customers, and make a difference in one of Sweden's fastest-growing industries.

The client offers solutions within electricity/energy, solar cells, and batteries, targeting both customers who already have solar panels and those who want to start their energy transition from scratch.

🔥 About the Role

As an appointment setter, you represent Nordisk Solteknik at your customers' locations. Your responsibilities include:

Visiting areas and meeting customers in their homes
Creating interest and booking appointments
Presenting energy solutions in a trustworthy manner
Contributing to the team's energy and positive atmosphere

Travel within Stockholm is included (30–60 mins), sometimes with overnight stays for longer assignments.

Has a background in sales or service (preferred but not required)
Speaks fluent Swedish and has basic English skills

🎓 Training & Introduction

You start with an intensive and fun 1–2 day sales training (product + workshop). Lunch is included, and then you are ready to get started!

💰 Salary & Compensation

You will have a fixed base salary plus commission per booked appointment. The goal is 1 appointment per hour. Many achieve significantly higher numbers after a few months, though it may be lower initially.
