About the role

Wrknest is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator on a fixed-term contract for Björn Borg, a leading company in underwear, sportswear, and bags.

In this role, you will become an important part of the daily operations, providing administrative support to the sales team and stores in their continued development. You will work closely with the sales team and serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external partners.

This is a fixed-term contract of approximately 1.5 years, based out of their office in Frösundavik, Solna.

Your future responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting their customers, in the form of physical stores and e-commerce, by ensuring efficient order flows, smooth communication, and a high level of service towards both customers and the internal sales team. The role involves many contact points and suits you if you thrive in a coordinating and administrative function with a fast pace.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Handling and registering incoming orders and compiling them for the sales team

  • Case management related to order status, troubleshooting, returns, invoicing, and crediting

  • Follow-up, notification, and monitoring of deliveries to ensure quality and delivery precision

  • Preparing quotations, article information, and other materials together with responsible salespeople prior to sales and ordering

  • Communication with customers regarding delays and partial deliveries

  • Preparing sales and delivery reports for the sales team

  • Transferring and publishing articles via relevant portals for affected customers

We are looking for you who
  • Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Have previous experience in similar administrative work, for example from customer success, sales, logistics, or a similar coordinating role

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

  • Experience from e-commerce/retail

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Experience in customer service

  • Knowledge of Dutch
