Are you driven by proactive sales, building your own pipeline, and turning initial meetings into long-term customer relationships? Our client, Telavox, is growing and is now looking for a Sales Specialist focused on new business development to join the team in Stockholm.
In this role, you are responsible for the entire new customer journey – from identifying and prospecting your own accounts to booking meetings, conducting value-creating sales dialogues, and closing deals. You will become part of an ambitious and supportive team where curiosity, initiative, and a strong focus on results are highly valued.

As a Sales Specialist, you will become a key part of Telavox's sales team in Stockholm. Your primary responsibility is to drive new business sales within the SME/Mid-Market segment (20–350 employees) and guide customers from first contact to a signed contract.
Every customer has unique needs, expectations, and varying levels of complexity. Therefore, you work in a structured and data-driven manner to prioritize the right accounts, identify business opportunities, reach decision-makers, and create long-term value for customers. Your approach will contribute to how proactive and customer-focused sales are conducted in the best possible way.
In the role, you will among other things:
- Prospect and build your own pipeline within your segment
- Identify and qualify potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Contact decision-makers and book your own meetings
- Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to signed contract
- Work in a structured and data-driven manner in modern CRM systems – Telavox uses HubSpot
- Conduct value-creating sales calls focused on solving customers' actual challenges
- Act as a consultative partner and guide customers through decision-making processes with best practices as a starting point
You will sell one of the most competitive communication platforms on the telecom market and help companies simplify their communication and collaboration in everyday life.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating new business opportunities and building relationships right from the first contact. You are unpretentious, curious, results-oriented, and thrive working towards clear activity and sales targets.
We believe you have:
- A few years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in proactively contacting and processing potential customers
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience working in a structured and data-driven manner in CRM systems – experience with HubSpot is an advantage
Experience from Telecom, SaaS, or IT is considered an advantage.

The position is expected to start as soon as we find the right person. You will be employed by StudentConsulting as a consultant initially, but there are good opportunities for long-term employment at Telavox.
