We are currently looking for a Danish and Swedish-speaking technical support specialist for our client in Alvik, Bromma! This is a 6-month consultancy assignment via The Place, starting in August, with the possibility of extension or direct hire.

About the Role Your primary responsibility as a technical support specialist is to support users, healthcare professionals, and partners on the Danish and Swedish markets. You will also support the sales team with technical support questions and handle incoming complaints.

You will be working with support for advanced equipment and various systems, so it is very important that you have good technical knowledge and are quick to learn new systems.

Here you are welcomed into a lovely and professional team that values teamwork and good cohesion. Your team consists of approximately 20 colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support users and partners regarding the medical technology equipment
• Handle the complaint process
• Some order administration may occur

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in customer service
• Previous work experience in healthcare or the medtech industry

Assignment Details

• The position is full-time (100%) with working hours on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• You will be based at the office in Alvik, Bromma, with the possibility of hybrid work approx. 2 days a week in agreement with the company.
• This is a 6-month consultancy assignment via The Place, with the possibility of extension or direct hire.
