Your role
You will be part of a central team where we together have the opportunity to develop Nobina Sweden's work on sustainability in our operational activities.
As Sustainability Manager in the East, you will be the engine of our sustainability work within Stockholm County. You are responsible for ensuring that Nobina's sustainability work is not just words on paper, but a natural part of everyday operations in our traffic areas.
The role comes with great responsibility, but also great opportunities to influence and change.
You will:
- Drive, coordinate, and follow up on local ESG initiatives (quality/governance, environment, and social responsibility).
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, agreements, processes, and internal goals.
- Support local business managers and their teams with knowledge, training, and inspiration (business support and change management).
- Participate in risk assessments, audits, and improvement work.
- Contribute data for sustainability reporting and KPIs.

We are looking for you with the following profile:
To succeed in the role, you are analytical and structured with a strong drive to work proactively. You have a strong sense of responsibility and ensure that issues are driven to completion, while supporting other employees and functions. Furthermore, we see that you have:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant area related to quality and environment.
- Several years of work experience in quality, environment, ISO certification, or equivalent.
- Leadership background, either through direct personnel responsibility or project management.
- Experience in change management.

About the position and application
The position is full-time, 100%. Location in the geographical area of Stockholm East. Initially, you will support and work with our traffic areas Södertörn and Södertälje/Kallhäll. You will base yourself from the location within your geographical area that suits you best. Travel occurs weekly to our various depots.
Note that the selection process begins in week 32.
