About the assignment
We are looking for a registrar for our client in Stockholm. The assignment is available part-time at 75% or full-time at 100%. The degree of employment can be discussed during the recruitment process. The assignment starts on July 6, 2026, and runs until August 7, 2026. You will work at the client's office in Ulvsunda, Bromma.
Your responsibilities
You will assist with mail opening, open new cases, forward referrals, and ensure that requests for copies are answered and handled. Additionally, you will monitor the registrar's email inbox and register documents in Platina.
Your qualifications
- Completed and approved education as a registrar or archivist.
- At least three months of experience with Platina as a document management system.
- Previous experience working as a registrar.
We are looking for someone who dares to make independent decisions based on the user support available on-site and who collaborates easily with others.
