Welcome to one of Stockholm's largest office complexes!
Here, we manage the receptions and serve as the hub for our tenants' daily lives, handling everything from guiding visitors to programming access tags and renting out terraces. We are the first and last person tenants and visitors meet, and thus we have a significant impact on the overall visit experience.
We are now looking for an employee to join us in this role. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires a high degree of personal engagement. You will be the face of the company, welcoming visitors, managing keys, answering phones, handling local rentals, processing orders, and performing other typical reception duties.
Your background should be in reception or another type of guest-facing service. We work flexibly, and tasks may vary. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and that you naturally strive to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and registering visitors and customers
- Handling inquiries and orders via phone, desk, and email
- Managing key lending
- Creating key access permissions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Previous experience in a service role
Personal Attributes:
- You are social and thrive being a central point of contact for employees
- You have a genuine interest in holistic service and meeting solutions
- You find it rewarding to solve daily problems independently and constantly strive to improve the day-to-day experience for office staff and external guests
- You are organized and planning-oriented
- You have the ability to listen, communicate, and understand customer needs
- You are positive, enjoy working in a team, and are driven by clear goals
- You share our values
