About the role Are you a service-oriented person who thrives in a varied role where you can combine administration, customer service, and office coordination? Then this might be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a receptionist for an international company with offices on Gärdet in Stockholm. You will have a central role at the head office and serve as a key contact point for both employees, visitors, and external partners. The role offers great variety and suits you who like to take responsibility, create structure, and contribute to a professional and welcoming work environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer service and administration via email
  • Receiving visitors and managing the reception and office services
  • Handling mail, invoices, documents, and other administrative tasks
  • Managing travel bookings, telephony, badge, and parking systems
  • Supporting managers and the leadership team with administrative matters
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Ordering office supplies, kitchen items, and other consumables
  • Responsibility for conference rooms, shared spaces, and the daily well-being in the office

Requirements for the position

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed upper secondary education

About the employment

Employment type: Permanent with a six-month introductory probationary period
Hours: Part-time, 80%
Start date: August 2026
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-15:30, Friday 08:00-15:00
