About the company/role:

We are now looking for an experienced (at least 10 years of experience in qualified HR work) and business-oriented HR Business Partner with security responsibility; a key role for the company's continued success, focusing on ensuring that leadership in our company is professional and adheres to our values.
Approximately ¾ of the role consists of broad HR work, focusing on coaching our leaders in personnel matters, labor law, and occupational health and safety. You will also work on various projects related to quality and training.
We expect you to have extensive experience collaborating with trade unions and the ability to build bridges between people while keeping the business in mind.
Approximately ¼ of the role will consist of security work where you collaborate with our customers' security departments, draft Security Protection Agreements (SUA), gather the customer's security requirements, and develop routines.
You will report to the HR Director and be part of a team currently consisting of 5 people with mixed roles in quality, HR, and training. The role is based at our office in Danderyd, where one team colleague is also located. The rest of the team is based in Malmö.
As a person, you are confident in yourself and your knowledge. You have the ability to explain and question constructively and can be tough when necessary, while always basing your actions on our value system.
Responsibilities:
- Work to ensure our managers lead according to our value system
- Ensure that labor law processes are followed
- Provide support in occupational health and safety matters
- Security responsible with customer service. Conduct background checks, interview, assess, train, and follow up on register-controlled employees
- GDPR compliance
Qualifications:
- Academic degree in HR
- Documented experience in union work
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
