You will contribute to change management and the development of working methods by leading workshops and development initiatives close to operations, as well as drafting and implementing steering documents and routines.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in social sciences or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Knowledge of municipal operations as well as digitalization and AI.
  • Good understanding of how politically governed organizations function, as well as regulatory frameworks in the area (OSL, GDPR, Data Protection Regulation, AI Act, Cyber Security Act, etc.).
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365/M365. You are experienced in using applications such as Copilot, Power BI, and Power Query.
  • Meritorious if you have previous work experience and knowledge of change management and business development, as well as process development.
  • Meritorious if you are familiar with the EU's digital competence framework.
  • Meritorious if you have a B-driver's license.

Personal qualities:

  • You work towards results, show reliability, and take responsibility for planning and following up on your work.
  • You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information.
  • You develop, improve, seek solutions, and take the initiative to learn and acquire knowledge.
  • You are a link in the chain, provide service, show loyalty internally and externally, and monitor the external environment.
  • Your common values are reflected in your treatment of others.
  • Good communicative and pedagogical skills, both verbal and written.
