About the job
You will work with the processing and investigation of cases where the Swedish Tax Agency has not received an estate inventory. This means that you review and assess different types of estate administration cases. With support from laws and regulations, you make an assessment and make decisions. Cases that you will handle require speed and efficiency. Many cases are simple and quick, while others take more time.
Contact with our customers is a given. You have daily contact with individuals, public actors, and companies via phone, email, and mail. Some administrative work is included.
You will independently drive your cases forward and collaborate with others. We work based on a team-based approach, which means that you work closely with your colleagues and you work together towards common goals. In team work, you also take responsibility and help drive the work forward. You will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. It is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
The estate administration operations are part of the Population and Property Department at the Swedish Tax Agency.
About you

In this job, you should:

You must also have:
- A completed university education of at least 180 hp (120 p) in economics, law, social sciences, or another relevant area for the position, or alternatively current relevant experience from the public sector where you have worked with processing tasks and making independent decisions.
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in dealing with people from different backgrounds via phone and email, for example from public operations, agencies, insurance companies, or banks. It is also desirable with approved university credits in family law.
Remote work: Due to the nature of the tasks in this job, there is no possibility to work from home.
Good to know
The employment is fixed-term for one year.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security investigation with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be carried out before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
